Cancellations, Changes or Modifications

It is very important that you contact us right away if you need to cancel or make any changes to your order. When your order has reached the distribution center it is not possible to modify or cancel. Please contact customer service at customerservice@weddingbellebridal.com immediately with changes or modifications to your order.

Chargeback and Insufficient funds
Customer will be responsible for financial institution fees in addition to the total cost of the order, with possible dispute fees starting at $25.00.

Product Availability, Backorder & Discontinued Products
At times there are items that will be placed on backorder. Wedding Belle Bridal checks inventory and availability daily and notes items that are placed on backorder.If an item ordered is not available or may be delayed and has not been noted as suchat the time an order is placed, Wedding Belle Bridal will notify the customer promptly. If an ordered product has been discontinued Wedding Belle Bridal will issue a full refund, or exchange.

Returns
If there has been an error with your order please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving your order. If your order has been delivered in damaged packaging please contactcustomer service immediatelyat customerservice@weddingbellebridal.com to informweddingbellebridal.com of the damage, and please take an email friendly photograph of the damaged shipping container/box. We will contact the shipperto begin the insurance process.

If you have received the correct item(s) and there has been no damage to the item(s) and you wish to return the item(s) for any other reason, please contact us with-in 24 hours of receiving your item(s) to explain your situation. Pleasecontact us at:returns@weddingbellebridal.com

Authorization Code (RAC)
For any returns not associated with damage or incorrect orders, and your item(s) has been cleared for a return, you will be issued a RAC number. The original shipping paid at time of your order is not refundable. Please provide a copy of yourinvoice,enclose the invoice in the package that you are returning the cleared for return item(s).
Please clearly mark the RAC number on the outside of any package being returned with a permanent marker. All returns must be repackaged in the original shipping carton unless damaged, and all returns must include the original packing materials and contents and be returned to us via insured USPS Priority Mail at your expense unless the return is due to shipping damage or the order was incorrect. Once returned itemsare received and inspected, Wedding Belle Bridalwill contact you.A refund may be issued depending upon the condition of the item(s). Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item(s) were damaged in shipping, orthe item(s) are incorrect/not what was ordered. We must receive the returned item(s) within 7 business days of issuing you the RAC number. This 7 day window allows ample time for the return to arrive to Wedding Belle Bridal from anywhere in the continental USA. Refunds will not be dispersed until the returned item(s) are inspected.

Any packages returned to Wedding Belle Bridal that do not include the RA Code clearly marked on the package, or arrives at Wedding Belle Bridal more than seven (7) days after RA Code was issued will not be accepted. Items returned without prior authorization by the Returns department will not be accepted. Customers will not be contacted regarding unauthorized returns.

Unclaimed and Refused Shipments
Unclaimed and refused items sent back to Wedding Belle Bridal will be held for 7 days only, you will be contacted by email if your package has been returned to us.

Right to Refuse Service
Wedding Belle Bridal reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to refuse to order or print copy that may be offensive, harassing, abusive, or obscene.
